booked in for two new front tyres and they were fitted at the time allocated and staff were courteous - even advised on the rear tyres so I will be back - very good price too

Went to a lot of trouble to get the specific tyres I wanted. Much cheaper than anywhere else.

Very professional service at reasonable prices! I have been using this company for the past few years and I can highly recommend it.

This is the second time I have used them or tyres. Just had two front ones fitted on my X5 in and out in 40 mins. found a problem with a ball joint going to fit a new one on Monday. can not fault them.

Service and MOT all our vehicles. Always had great honest service from them. Would not go anywhere else.

Order two tyres online,fitted on the day booked,found another problem which was sorted out with no trouble. Very happy with the service and price.

New exhaust silencer fitted today, lovely guys and my car sounds healthier than it has done for a while. Thankyou :) will definitely be back

Excellent, the Ipswich branch MOT'd my car in less than an hour, superb price and not of those nasty extras that some cheap MOTs seem to find wrong.

Booked MOT online. I chose to use Formula 1 again this year as the staff are very polite and helpful. Car needed 2 tyres and a bulb which were fitted quickly at a reasonable price.

Been a good experience at a good price, will definately go back there.

A very efficient service. My Skoda definitely drives better and the costs were reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending Formula One for tyres and servicing.

Think I am stupid charging me £40 for a new handbrake cable which was fine when I took the car in, got it checked afterwards and they hadn't even fitted a new one, a few weeks later my handbrake snaps on me I take it back and they try charging me £90 for a new one, when I say it only cost me 40 last time it suddenly jumps back down to £50, every time I take my car here it comes out with something new wrong with it. Complete con artists

Ordered a tyre online to be fitted at the Ipswich branch yesterday afternoon with my wife, arrived about 2pm, parked car and went into the reception area where two elderly gentlemen were waiting to be seen by guy serving who was wearing a 'Manager' badge. Anyway, stood there listening to the conversations going on and was totally shocked by the way the Manager spoke to both of the gentlemen, showed neither of them any respect at all and he had a couldn't careless attitude.

When it came to me being served was told I'd have to wait in the waiting room for at least two hours for my tyre to be fitted, asked him if he was joking and the reply was 'I never joke with customers' told him I wasn't going to wait that long to which he said that I could walk around ASDA instead. Told him I wanted to cancel the order and was told I'd have to contact head office to do this. With this we proceeded to walk away, now I didn't hear this, but my wife later told me that when we were leaving, he did call me a derogatory name. Neanderthal man at his finest!!! This guy is doing your company no favours at all.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME!

My Nissan Xtrail went in at 9:30am Monday morning for MOT, needed rear pads, cv gaiter and track rod end, now it’s 5pm Tuesday and got here and still not finished. That’s the best part of 2 days! Really not impressed and no way I’m paying the full price! Will not use again
