Used this garage several times so had no hesitation going back for this years service and MOT. I needed the car back quickly to do the school run and the staff were very accommodating! The car did need some work and so was contacted before this took place with a quote. The work was completed immediately to a high standard and the car was back to me in time to pick the children up! Excellent service as always!

I ordered two back tyres on line no problem and as promised were at F1 next morning. I booked an AM slot I turned up at 8:30 and my car was taken into the workshop straight away and two new tyres fitted ... excellent job .... while waiting for my tyres to be fitted I asked for a price for front discs and front and rear brake pads ... I booked that in for today and another excellent job done I will be using F1 all the time now.

I needed 2 I front tyres for my car and purchased the required tyres online from F1 in King’s Lynn.



When I arrived at my allotted time F1 discovered that the key for the wheel locking nuts was missing. I liaised with the main dealership and arranged for a key to be lent to F1 to enable them to continue to replace my from tyres.



Not only did F1 continue to liaise with the dealership they also requested 4 standard non locking wheel nuts to enable them to replace the wheel locking nuts until a replacement key was in stock. By doing this they were able to replace the front tyres and if the rear tyres were punctured before the replacement key was to hand these tyres would be easily removed.



F1 also said once the key was in stock they would replace the wheel locking nuts free of charge if I wished.



I was very impressed with the service I received from F1, not only will I recommend them to others,I will definitely use their services again.

Having booked 'on line', I received confirmation and a subsequent reminder for my appointment.

I was first in on the morning and my tyres were fitted speedily followed by balancing and tracking.

The staff were helpful and courteous and everything was done to the quoted price.

Great service provided by their staff in the tyre bay yesterday. Very courteous, handled my car very respectfully taking care with the brass wheel nuts which are handed side to side. Even balanced my spare tyre that wasn’t being changed! Incredible price for my Avon whitewalls. Very pleased, will be back again.

First time used them very happy with them will go again

Ordered a tyre online, pre-booked AM fitting. Turned up, the manager took my registration, then went to look for the booking. Appeared to not be able to find it. Avoided all eye contact, and had a phone attached to his ear at all times. Disappeared behind the glass, and did not speak whatsoever. A couple of the mechanics came out and asked for details, the manager appeared whenever anyone else came in to the store, and completely ignored me, then went back behind the glass. Eventually (30 minutes later) a mechanic said they had "found" the order. I asked how long, as I had been waiting all this time, and was told at the outset it would only be half an hour. I was told ten minutes. A further half an hour later, I went looking (Manager still behind glass), and went outside, and a mechanic was just driving round with my car. The mechanic, can't fault, very helpful, and said that they have a new job system. The manager comes from behind his glass, and attempts something (still with phone to ear) and asks me for an email address, to send my invoice to, which I gave him. A week later, still no invoice!.

Normally, shoddy service like this would not have annoyed me as much, however, my 15 year old daughter, who has a weekend job, burnt herself, and needed collecting from work and taking home, which I could not do, as the timescale given was rubbish, and no one was speaking, so I arranged a taxi for her. Very, Very poor. Unlikely to use again in a hurry...

Disappointed with the experience: 1st- stickers for removing the new tires you put in, endangering my safety, 2nd- caps from valves were not all put in place
