Thanks to the two knights in shining armour (disguised as overalls!) who got me out of a right pickle today when I couldn't drive the 120 miles home on my space saver! Quick and efficient, and cheaper than what I was quoted initially so I was made up! Thanks guys xx

Needed two new tyres urgently while on my way to a concert and pulled into here hoping they could get me back on the road. They were fantastic! Fast friendly service, they got my tyres and tracking sorted out and we made it to Nottingham on time. I highly recommend the guys here!!

Still waiting for a phone call as my tyres were not even ordered by the Internet team and was given an assurance that I would receive an explanation and a discount.

Booked in for MOT and service. Dutifully delivered car by 8:30 on Friday as requested.

MOT wasn't done until 3:30 or so. Not surprisingly there was some work to be done (car is 10 years old) so they asked if they could keep it until the next day (Saturday). Called late morning on Saturday to be told they hadn't started the work and they would need to keep the car until the Monday. It seems they were short staffed. This can happen of course. However, the communication was awful and I had to rearrange my work plans for the Monday pretty late on a Saturday.
