Foundry Barn is a exquisite barn set in the heart of the Essex countryside running Holistic training days and treatment days. We also offer over 20 online holistic training courses that can be completed at home, in your own time.

As a Himalayan pink salt lamp absorbs water and particles from the air, it also takes positive ions with them. Hand Reflexology is a holistic treatment that uses thumb and finger techniques on reflex points to re balance, relax and improve the function of body systems.
This course is very much a practical based day. After an introduction to some theory you will learn a full hand sequence in a a very logical manner to make the learning of this technique easier.

Lynne Akers is an ITEC qualified tutor and Reiki Master and has taught holistic therapies for 20 years.
The course will take place in a private barn in a peaceful, rural village location in Earls Colne.

Warm Bamboo and Rosewood Facial massage on Wednesday 5th December. The facial is a rejuvenating facial using different warm bamboo sticks which are very light and easy to use. Aromablend - Friday 7th December. Learn to use essential oils in order to aid your well being. Essential oils have been used for centuries to help with physical and emotional problems. Learn how to choose the correct oils and how to blend them with carrier oils to use for massage. Yesterday I completed, hopefully, the first of many courses with Lynne, Indian Head Massage. Not sure why I felt nervous really as Lynne really makes you feel at ease from the moment you step into the gorgeous barn. I’m already sitting today completing my insurance form, putting together consultation forms and booking clients. Very exciting x
