Renovation of an old granary into a 2 bed apartment in Kenninghall. The customer wanted high spec and that's what he got.... it took over 4 months to complete with lots of structural work, reclaiming the old floorboards and complying with commercial regulations due to a commercial business underneath!
It's been a while since we've posted due to being so busy...but as we are both having a week off in the sun here's what we've been up to, (pictures to follow)....
▪converted an old granary into a high spec 2 bedroom apartment in Kenninghall ▪refiguration of a downstairs extension into an open plan kitchen-diner in Wortham ▪refit of a kitchen with new flooring, installed family bathroom, ensuite, utility room and replaced electrical fittings in Burston... ▪installed a new bathroom in Dickleburgh ▪carried out some maintenance on Wortham church roof with Jon Wilby

Just a little something we've been up to in the last few weeks....
The before and after of the recent kitchen we fitted....
Well it's been almost 3 months so here an update on the 2 storey extension... roof is completed, electrical wires are in, insulation is almost complete..Only the snug room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom to fit and the kitchen to assemble!!
It's been a long hard week with many obstacles along the way...but we always have a solution!
Just a little job to keep us busy for the next few months... the start of a two story extension.
It's all about team work at F&J headquarters this weekend... lime washing, sanding, painting and black tar varnishing!
Working on a bank holiday....so the post office can reopen as soon as possible!!
No rest for the wicked on this job....half way through digging up and relaying the shop floor and re-configuring the layout...whilst the shop and post office is still open!! We hope the noise hasn't put customers off! Pictures to follow....
