Used Fresco Box Meals alongside a 5 week body transformation and it was the best thing i could have done. Beautiful cooked meals which were ready for me at lunch and dinner to eat straight away! Kept me away from food I shouldn't be eating and made every penny worth spending! Thank you guys! ��

So this is our second week of having food from Freshco box! I hate cooking and am not very good at it at all and my poor husband has lived of basic meals unless he cooks!! so after we decided we wanted a healthier lifestyle and easier one we contacted fresco box who were so friendly and helpful!!!! We now have our meals delivered on a weekly basis Not only is it reasonably priced the food is absolutely AMAZING!!! I haven't tried them all as of yet but the chilli and the roast beef is definitely 2 of my faves (so far) I haven't been disappointment with any of them!!!!



We are both eating good food, the right amount of food and most of all actually save money weekly by doing so!!



I can't recommend this enough to people it's such good value and amazing food, so easy to store and cook!!!!

Popped into Fresco Box because i heard they are going to be serving vegan food and meal prep, I used to use the service before but stopped obviously when i became vegan, great to see them moving with the times! the lady Natasha who is the Vegan chef was super friendly and we had a good chat, she had lots of godo advice about the vegan diet and gave me some food to sample and it was lush! keep an eye out for these guys, i cant wait to jump on the meal prep once its up and running! plus Abs the owner is super cool, positive dude, really great team and a great service every time.

Just had the most amazing lunch in fresh box, gluten free and healthy and I'm really full. Lovely conversation with the lovely enthusiastic couple who run it, amazing food and as a coeliac I felt really safe eating there which is so rare. Thank you guys, will be back soon!!

Great food for fitness and bodybuilding. I’ve been using Fresco Box since last October and the quality is superb. All macronutrients well balanced and there is a great variety of meal options. I’m a Personal Trainer and will recommend this meal prep to my clients to help them meet their physique and body composition goals. It’s definitely working for me ! ��

Fresco box has helped me free up precious time that I would have spent in my kitchen and ensures I'm hitting my goals . When you're juggling work,kids and home it's made a huge difference being able reach into the fridge and grab a healthy meal .

Absolutely love fresh box so healthy, never had one bit of food that i dont like i love it all, my little girl who is 1 even likes it too, very quick and convenient for people with busy life styles, portion size is just right.

Ok so convenience wise this is totally 5* I love it, the protein waffles and spag bowl are delicious, beef stuffed peppers are good too, I love the idea of all my meals being ready for me, due to working long hours it suits me down to the ground and I will be ordering again, however the reason for my 4* rating is I do feel a little inconsistency with the order, 1st delivery of the pancakes 2 pancakes with honey, 2nd delivery 3 pancakes no honey, although on the order it states pancakes come with peanut butter, I'm not overly fussed about it, but does seem strange that the quantities are different, would also be beneficial if at the end of the order a note could be put on to request certain things such as only red peppers, no mushrooms etc, although I'm sure if a phone call was made it could be arranged, but feel that would save hassle, saying all that I still love this and will defo order again ���

I used fresco for the first time this week and must say i was very impressed! I have tried almost every other prep food company out there and the quality of the food was second to none! They need to improve on the quality of service but the food makes up for it!

Very disappointed, out of the four meals I bought only one was right when I opened them at home, called to complain and they said they would deliver the correct meals to my house, they never turned up, complete waste of money

we have had a few deliveries from fresco now and our last one was missing 4 meals I have messaged over and over again to resolve this and it's been 2weeks and still haven't rectified the problem and delivered the meals we payed for really disappointed

Please please do not use this company for food prep.

Firstly ordered online for a months supply of food prep, chose delivery dates to fit in with work , to then get a phone call to inform ‘ I was out of the area’ and that it would get delivered a day later each week.

After 2 weeks, no sign of any more deliveries!

Called up, and was told it was my fault as I had not let him know what I wanted for the week.

I had indeed when I ordered it online!! There was no notification of this.

Mission impossible to get through on the phone

Was promised refund, 2 days later , no sign of any refund or any update !

Stay clear !!!!! Do not waste hard earns money.

Not impressed with the food at all and last order completely wrong not the full amount and had 3 pots gone off that smelt like gone off milk so threw it all in the bin along with £65, won’t be ordering again �

If I could give 0 I would, Do not order with this company.. on 3 occasions food has not turned up. I’ve tryed on all the platforms they use to get a response from and nothing And when I write a bad review they are quick enough to delete it, when food has eventually turned up, food has been missing!

Such a shame as food is nice.. but the customer service and how they delivery your food with no tracking number etc is shocking!
