IT Support, Troubleshooting and Advice

I have been supporting schools and their staff for over 15 years on a regular basis, and I am confident with all elements of Information Technology from Hardware, Software and various networks. I am happy to offer this service to businesses, schools and individuals with their home devices.
I offer a basic 1 hourly service and additional hours if required, depending on your requirements.
I can offer home visits or you can receive support by Remote Desktop, Phone, Email or messaging if this is something that you prefer. If you are a beginner or not too confident with regards to Technology, you may want some advice on what new laptop or main computer to buy or just have a helping hand to guide you through getting started with a new piece of technology. I am DBS checked and can offer a reference if this is required.
I have also run training sessions for groups wanting to have a better understanding of different areas - for example emails, and I know from my experience that there is so much that people would like to learn if only they had someone to show them how, with patience, empathy and understanding.
