Went for a meal last night before going to pics. Couldn’t fault the excellent service we received from Connor or the food. Will definitely be going again

Service was good when food came it was lovely and hot although my brioch bun was a bit over toasted everything thing was good .. portion sizes were very generous would definitely go again

Gemini always friendly staff but food portion sizes arnt soo good now my children on last 2 occasions came away hungry just not such good value for money but food is good

Shame this pub is going down the pan...since scott and team left the customer service is crap. Food is poor and their is never enough staff... use to be our go to pub.... but its reputation is being ruined due to staff being to busy chatting rather than serving... and just dont understand customer service...the younger ones are pointless....

Food was lovely when it arrived, but unfortunately dessert was delivered over a half hour period with a member of staff taking down Christmas decorations around us while we were eating. Managed to get refund for the two late desserts, but this spoilt a lovely family evening out for new year. With two young children the wait was difficult especially as some people were eating and others were waiting (there were 13 of us). Could do better.

Don't know who upset the chef tonight but I had the meanest fish and chips meal portion at Gemini. Bought as part of the '2 for £10' offer I didn't feel particularly robbed @ £5, but if I'd paid the full £7.29 (for supposedly the same meal) I'd have sent it straight back. Not impressed.

Went today for lunch. Food and service has gone down hill big time, such a shame! Food took absolutely ages and wasn't even busy. Very disappointed.

The Gemini has gone down hill so much!!! We had a birthday meal there Friday night, was so quiet just proves how downhill they have gone. Staff had a really bad attitude and got told we have to order by 8:30 even the food service is stopped at 9pm reason for this was because the chefs didn’t want to wait around even though our table wasn’t booked until 8:15 so only had 15mins to order even though the persons who birthday it was running late by 10mins as he had to drop his children off in London!! No consideration at all and pushed into ordering our meals there was 16 of us!! I have been and was in the food industry for 6years and I would never lower myself to the way of service we received and the Gemini are a complete let down!! Absolute disgrace learn by your mistakes!!

Over an hour and a half waiting for food and people walked in after us and got served before us !! When we enquired we were told it would be 10 mins as it was being plated up only to wait another 20 mins to be told the same thing ! I wouldn't mind but I preordered the food earlier due to it being my daughters birthday and it was likely to be busy !! I won't be coming back here or recommend anyone eats here !!
