We used Gibbs Removals for our house move over the weekend and I can honestly say that they really eliminated a lot of the stresses that are associated with moving house. They were friendly and professional & went above and beyond what was expected of them. They even came back the following day to collect old rubbish and carpets to take to the recycling centre. I was struggling with a box at collection point in kiddiecare. Wife pregnant, unable to help. Gibbs removal walked in to pick up someone's sofa and offered help to carry the box, try and get it in the car, won't fit so got his tools out to dismantle and secure put in the boot and back seats. Thanks guys, would have been really difficult if I didn't bump in to you.

Totally unreliable, overpriced, let us down big time at one of the most stressful times. Didn't turn up on time or let me know, I had to chase them and they didn't answer the phone. Left some of my belongings at old house. Paid for a service we didn't get. Vehicles old and we had to jump start one of them!! Don't touch with a barge pole!!!
Shocking service! We booked for 9am and they never showed up. No phone call to advise they were running late. All the chasing was done by me and there was no answer to the phone! Really unreliable on one of the most stressful days. An unprofessional service. I do not recommend to anyone.
Disgraceful service. Booked for 9am, after ringing them all day still no sign at 4 o'clock, fobbing my dad off with all kinds of excuses 'had another job' 'vans broken down' 'waiting for the AA'. Left my Dad who's 64 no choice but to do it all himself, appalling 'business' avoid at all costs!
Broke a lot of things and just put boxes anywhere rather than in the room they were supposed to go, and they took appart beds and lost bolts required to put them together again.
Booked a quote to move for yesterday no one showed up. Called after waiting 30 minutes and was informed they were running late and wouldn't be able to come round that night so rebooked for tonight.. Waited in again and again a no show. Rubbish company who obviously don't want new customers.

Disgraceful service. Booked for 9am, after ringing them all day still no sign at 4 o'clock, fobbing my dad off with all kinds of excuses 'had another job' 'vans broken down' 'waiting for the AA'. Left my Dad who's 64 no choice but to do it all himself, appalling 'business' avoid at all costs!
Broke a lot of things and just put boxes anywhere rather than in the room they were supposed to go, and they took appart beds and lost bolts required to put them together again.
Booked a quote to move for yesterday no one showed up. Called after waiting 30 minutes and was informed they were running late and wouldn't be able to come round that night so rebooked for tonight.. Waited in again and again a no show. Rubbish company who obviously don't want new customers.
