At Gladstones, we pride ourselves on being flexible in our approach to treating a range of Mental Health issues and addictive behaviours. Our programmes are structured according to three levels of intensity, detoxification, intensive rehabilitation, and transitional services. We understand not all clients can commit to an intensive inpatient programme and so we adapt our treatment as required to accommodate family and work commitments, time restraints and requirements of professionals.

Gladstones helped me reclaim me life. Unable to see through the fog of mental illness and addiction, I went there a lost soul with no will to live but after my time there I left with all the skills and wisdom I use today, I couldn't be more grateful. I am 2 years clean today, thank you Gladstones.
As an ex staff member I was doing jobs I should not have been doing and then given a hard time for it when I made a mistake. Paid significantly less than the click. The good work I did with clients thrown back in my face.
This place is the most appalling biggest con I have ever dealt with in my life! My husband went here when he was really low and struggling with alcohol addiction and they promised us the world over the phone as in 1 on 1 counselling most days and his own private bathroom and lots of other things and they didnāt offer most of the things they promised. There was hardly any 1 on 1 counselling, which was the main reason he went there and the staff were so negligent to my husband and verbally abusive to myself and my mother in law that we collected my husband after 5 days. We were so frightened because the staff were so horrendous to us and he was getting himself into more of a state than when he went in. I didnāt dream this rehab could be such a con and that they would prey on people when they are at their most vulnerable. Itās disgusting and this place should be shut down. Itās not even worth 1 star!!!
The clinic is really really bad. A person I know have been to them and have experienced extreme negligence and recklessness. They brought a patient to the clinic with drugs and weed and never said anything about it. That guy provided a patient with some drugs and then they blamed the person taking it not the one who is providing it. I guess this is because he is a rich guy from somewhere and they don't want to cause any trouble to him. They only want your money and don't give a shittt about your health. They kicked the person I know before his due date making silly excuses. And I will eventually sue them for that in the right time. Never go to this clinic, specially the one in London.
