My son had his 8th party there yesterday and him and his mates all loved it was very straight forward well managed really well priced and I didn't have to do a thing apart from turn up � would definitely book again.

My son absolutely loved his party here & going to mates' parties here too. Very good atmosphere & always well kept. Thank you!

My son & his friends had a wonderful time today, thank you so much! Fab day was had by all ⚽⚽⚽

Have had 2 evening parties here one for myself and one for my husband. Both times staff have been very pleasant and helpful. We found the venue to be tidy considering they have had people there all day you really wouldn't have known. Plenty of furniture and chairs for all guests, and staff are very accommodating if you need any help in moving any chairs etc. Would def recommend as a venue for party, reception so much so that we have now booked a 3rd party here in October.

Great venue and ideal for children's football parties. Plus oldest son can play with his mates on the pay and play option

Firstly my 6 year old son thoroughly enjoyed attending his friend's birthday party at your venue. Secondly, I was so impressed how you catered for my son with a dairy, nut and sesame allergy. The manager called me back promptly to to talk through the allergens on the planned party menu. He reassured me about the changes they could make to make the food safe. On the day he came to find me to show me the food packaging and allergen menu, provided sandwiches (with specially purchased) spread instead of pizza, hot dog and chips instead of burger. Any questions I had were answered with no fuss or sense I was being a pain. All the children had ice cream for desert and we were offered a fruit ice lolly as an alternative. My son was thrilled - as was I. Thank you goals for excellent customer service for children with allergies! Please show my review to your head office so they can give you a pat on the back.

Fab premier package party. Excellent value, brilliant venue and the staff are awesome. Kids had an awesome time and loved every second ���

Yet again the team we are meant to be playing have cancelled!! And they want us to play a friendly cup game. Absolute joke. It's about the 3rd time in 6 weeks. Useless!

Place stinks every time you go in there. Games over Christmas were hard for our team as we all have a life. Families and partners we spend time with and some of us go back home away from norwich. The problem is goals cry about this and try and chase you for payments on games. You don't pay and they keep chasing. It went from being just a laugh we wanted to do, to feel like we are being chased by the high courts. Pathetic place with pathetic staff. The refs haven't a clue what they are doing aswell here. I'll never use the place again, either will the team. Useless place

All a bunch of moaning bitches, most of the staff only just left school and dont have a clue what day of the week it is! Referees dont know whether to wipe their own arse or blow their nose! And players think they are playing in the FA cup final for liverpool!!! Wont be coming back again!!!
