Would like to thank everyone at this company I lost my purse in the back of one of the cabs an they driver kindly returned with everything in it to the head office for me to collect. They are very helpful an a great service would recommend them to everyone

Used gold star the other day and my driver was very respectful loved to talk to me as a customer I feel comfortable I highly recommend gold star if you need to go anywhere they are always on time if not early plus incredible cheap fixed prices where can you go wrong I will be using gold star for the Seen future as they ha s never let me down unlike other company’s highly recommended thank me later

Just a quick note to say thank you for looking after my elderly mother and transporting her to her Mothers Day lunch and home. She said both drivers were brilliant. Helped her to and from the car and carried her bags both times. Set up her walking frame and made sure she was safely indoors.

I have used Goldstar on a number of occasions whether it be for business or leisuire - they have always proved to be a reliable and professional taxi firm. Recently booked them for an airport drop off, the booking was handled really well by Atif Ali and the driver was friendly and accomodating with the elderly passengers. Excellent service.

Got a ride from station in Peterborough to Oundle, hilarious driver with plenty of stories, really nice guy. Would definitely recommend! Driver said his car number was 135. Ask for him, you won't regret it haha.

Another two airport runs taken with Goldstar - journey out was from gatwick and back home from Heathrow. Both drivers were on time and happy to help with luggage, both cars were clean and prices quoted were reasonable and fair. I highly recommend this company.

EDIT* so after this rant of a post I got a call from faz (apologies if name spelt wrong) who asked from my point what happened and instead of just saying typically answers to a complaint, he actually listened to the problem and was genuinely apologetic.... even after I told him this experience doesn't make me want to use the company anymore which was understood. because of faz and the just sheer brilliant customer service he gave, i will continue to use goldstar.



regular customer of 10 years+ ordered a taxi today informed them that I had a push chair that I can collapse and put in the boot.... they sent a 7 seater to which the driver refused to take me as I have a push chair and it will cost more money...... since when has this ever happened if I had asked for a bigger taxi then yea I can understand more money but I didn't they just sent one anyway. so after the taxi driver refused to take me I phoned gold star to complain and get another taxi to which they said yea 10-15 mins..... hour later still waiting my new born has heat rash..... way to treat regulars #wellplayed

Ridiculous that taxi’s don’t have change to give back and need to wait for them to go to the shop get the change, need to be more organised.�

Really dissapointing service. Booked a taxi and was waiting half hour. And it happened several times. Whats the point to confirm bookings and then keep people waiting for that long. Try to avoid bookings with this company if you have some plans.

I've used you for years... never again... they weren't an expensive pair of sunglasses I dropped in your cab but I needed them back as I have sensitive eyes..

I hope they break and blind the thieving a$$hole that now has them!
