I have been receiving lots of messages asking the same thing so thought id put the info out there for all to see.
Where is my order?... Our turnaround time is 7-14 days and can be long in busy periods. If you need your order by a certain date please let me know and i can try work with you to make that happen.
Can i return my order for a different size? We are happy to exchange your order for a different size if required but if you measure your dogs neck before ordering this shouldn't be a problem. I spend hours and hours each week remaking orders which then increases my turnaround time.

My dachshund has a tiny neck and I didn't think I could get a collar that would fit well. But her bespoke collar made by Dogs gone roaming is perfect. High quality and very pretty. I am so happy with it. Thank you so much.

I recently was given a collar, lead and bandana set for my little rescue terrier - and she looks just adorable in them. I’m really pleased with the products as the quality is superb, really well made, durable and a good choice of fabrics. The set arrived well packaged in a box and delivery times are good. Would definitely recommend and will buy again myself. 😊😊
