Gourmet Burger Kitchen

Visited on Monday with my daughter, sister and niece. Lunch time menu is well priced but drinks are a little expensive at £2.10 for a bottle of water. We asked for tap water for the table and they gave us a top up even without asking. Very friendly and polite staff. Burgers were cooked perfectly, served quickly and we left very happy.

My daughter (who is very fussy) enjoyed it so much she said she wished there was a gourmet burger closer to home so she could go there for her birthday with friends.

Will definitely return when in the area.

I had the classic beef burger which you can have cooked to your liking I also had the truffle cheese fries both the fries and the burger were very nice the staff were very friendly and helpful, the prices for what you get are very reasonable for a gourmet burger

Had a visit with my mum before a trip to the theatre. Food was gorgeous, service really good. Can’t fault It. Lovely burgers cooked to your liking. Never been to this branch and must say I’m impressed with the new eateries and will definitely be back!

Every time I visit the food is perfect, always lovely, so very polite staff and nothing is too much trouble. Always a lovely occasion😀

Reasonable prices for a burger. Charge too much for any extras. £4.15 for a handful of sweet potato fries. Really?! Drinks are overpriced for the serving size too but that seems to be par for the course these days. Staff are alright and friendly enough. Interior is unimpressive. Suitable seating for up to groups of 5. There are better places for the money elsewhere.

It is a nice place to just sit and have some thing to eat. Their food is expensive and there is no variety for choosing from. The waiting is very long to be served. However, the staffs are welcoming and freinly.

Best thing about it was the staff, very helpful and polite.

Food was nothing special really, a tad expensive, dirty cutlery. Good cup of tea though.

I don't think I will be making a return visit

£45 for 3 burgers , 3 drinks and a few hard sweet potato fries ! Disappointed, will not be returning ever

When did it become so wrong to take a booking over the phone? If i’ve taken the time out of my day to get your number, to call you to speak to a real human. Surely you should have the decency to look on your booking schedule and take my booking. I won’t bother again. �
