Morning everyone 💜. Hope everyone has enjoyed there extra hours sleep I certainly did! Just to let you all know due to our laptop being stolen our online booking system is down. We aim to get this up and running again tomorrow. We will keep you updated! I did want to say a massive thank you to all our lovely clients yesterday who were so understanding under the circumstances. Although it was a horrible day to walk in to the salon I’m so thankful, a few people moved their appointments, a few people stayed and others brought us refreshments you are ALL totally amazing! It may have been an awful situation but it’s a time to be extremely thankful to all the supportive people in our lives! Utilised my Mother's Day gift today, had a 3hr package; full body massage, dermologica facial and finally full pedicure. What can I say, apart from wow! Beautiful treatment room, tranquil and perfect for such amazing treatments, Debbie was amazing, thankyou Sarah you've surpassed yourself, you should be very proud of your empire xxx

They provide a great service! Got my first massage with them today and not only do I feel great after but they gave a very professional service from the moment I walked in the door. I am now going to book in for regular treatments.

Stumbled across this salon on holiday and glad I did. Staff friendly and salon lovely. Had nails done and they were beautiful. The other treatments on offer looked reasonably priced too. Shame this place isn't in Lincoln!

I love Totality, you can see why it's been going strong for well over a decade. You immediately feel very Zen on arrival and every treatment goes that extra mile - the signature massages are incredible and after being skin mapped, I'm now a Dermalogica convert - my skin has never looked better. I'm also forever in their debt as they introduced me to Delilah lipsticks. Which. Are. The. Bomb � - always such a warm welcome. Thanks Team Totes ��

I have just had the most relaxing Indian Head Massage with Ashleigh G! She was super welcoming and made me feel really comfortable. After the mayhem of summer holidays this is just what I needed. 30 minutes of pure bliss in an attempt to recover! I was a little apprehensive due to the new management change, I wasnt sure what to expect as everyone does things differently however, I shall be returning to try some different trratements. Lovely staff and equally as lovely environment to relax in ♡

Had an amazing taster treatment of Indian head massage and foot scrub - wow it was amazing! Beautiful surroundings, really lovely staff and a huge amount of treatments and products to choose from - what's not to love!! Thank you Katie xxx

Had an amazing dernaco facial today at totality. Amazing results!! My skin is instantly visibly brighter, plumper and lines much reduced. Even after one facial!! The girls are so professional and answered all my questions and are just genuinely so welcoming! Well done girls keep up the good work. Will definitely be back. One happy customer here!!

Booked in for a pedicure this morning and was greeted on arrival by friendly staff and instantly offered a hot drink. Salon has a lovely calming atmosphere and the staff are super friendly. Will most definitely be going back xxx

Amazing, what more can I say. I was lucky enough that they had a last minute cancellation whilst I was here visiting, had a fantastic reflexology treatment, as a therapist myself I found it very professional & so relaxing. Just wish I lived closer to have them all the time x

All I can say is Sarah is a miracle worker with her hands iv suffered lower back pain for a long time first went there a few months back for a deep tissue massage by the time I left I felt so much better that I now go back every six weeks and my back is so much better for it thank you
