About Gradbach Scout Camp
Welcome to Gradbach Scout Camp Website
Gradbach Scout Camp is located on the western edge of the Peak District National Park, nestled in the upper reaches of the Dane Valley, on the borders of Derbyshire, Cheshire and Staffordshire. The campsite is located close to both Buxton and Leek, but because of the nature of the Peak District countryside it appears to be in a world of its own!
The campsite is ideally situated for most Peak District activities including climbing, walking and caving and is a much used stopover point for Scout and Duke of Edinburgh Award expeditions, as well as longer troop or patrol camps.
Although designated as a ‘Scout ‘ camp site we welcome affiliated groups, schools and youth organisations from all walks of life
Whether you are hike-camping for a single night, or planning a week long camp, there's no finer setting to base your adventure!
