A very exciting day for Dom and I. We're making our own pit BBQ from an old oxygen tank. With the expert guidance of James Goff Creations we made good progress. Doors going in tomorrow. It will eventually be on a trailer and ready for the summer season events and private party hire. More pics to follow 👍🔥

Good news is we will be back at Way Outback tomorrow for Paddy's Day serving a special Guinness BBQ Pork Rib Bun and other delicious treats from 2pm onwards. Hopefully in the sunshine 👍 Once it's gone it's gone so get down for a banging beer and a feed. Top of the morning to ya!! 🍀🔥

Tambor are back and we're starting the new year with a kitchen takeover at The London Tavern in Ringwood. The lovely landlord and friend Chicken Legs has invited us in and we will be doing a Smoked Roast. Smoked Pork Belly, Smoked Beef Ribs (for two) and Smoked Cauliflower all on offer served with all the trimmings (including yorkie) and smoked gravy. £12.50 a plate 👍
