//PARK CLOSED TO VISITORS// In view of the situation, we would like to remind you that the park is currently closed to all visitors, except for funerals and burials. It's been a very difficult decision for us to make as we love to see families in the park but we hope you'll understand that we need to keep everyone safe. We promise to look after your loved one's and will open our park just as soon as we can. In the meantime, please take care.

Sadly our park is still closed to visitors but we wanted to share with you the first sightings of this years bluebells. We are still a few weeks away from our woodland transforming into a spectacular blue carpet so just as soon as we can, we will invite you in to see nature at its best. In the meantime, please stay safe. #staysafe #inthistogether #stayindoors #natureatitsbest

For some our coffee mornings are a lifeline so that’s why it’s important to everyone in the park that we keep in touch and continue to support as many people as we can during these difficult times. We would love for you to join us and the rest of our 'virtual' coffee morning family for a chat this morning from 10.00-11.00am.
All you need to do is call 020 8080 6592 from your landline or mobile and tap in the meeting ID number which is: 796 180 535.
We can't have a 'virtual' coffee morning without coffee (or tea) and cake so make sure you put the kettle on before you pick up the phone!

In response to the Health Protection Regulations 2020 and the serious and imminent threat to public health, we have had to make the difficult decision to temporarily close our park to members of the public, except for funerals and burials with immediate effect. We will open our park as soon as it's safe to do so. In the meantime, we wish you all well and please stay safe.

// SUNDAY VISITING // If you are planning to visit the park over the weekend, please note our buildings and facilities will not be available on Sunday but our gates will be open from 9am-4pm. It saddens us to think that many of our families in self-isolation will not be able to visit the park under the current circumstances so we will do our best to bring the park to you. If you have any photos of our park that you would like to share with our Facebook community, please send them to info.epping@greenacresgroup.co.uk and we will do our best to share them.

At GreenAcres Epping Forest, we are following UK Government guidelines. This is how we have setup our beautiful Woodland Hall for the services.

// MOTHER'S DAY & COFFEE MORNINGS //
Following the government’s most recent advice about social gatherings we have had to make some difficult decisions regarding our events for the foreseeable future. We know for some of our families Mother’s Day is a very special day so cancelling this event has not been an easy decision to make. We really don’t want to put anyone at risk and hope you will understand our reasons for cancelling. Our park will still be open for families wishin...g to visit their loved ones, but our assistance and facilities will not be available.
Our monthly coffee mornings are another great way of bringing our community together so we know that by postponing these families will naturally be upset. For some our coffee mornings are a lifeline so that’s why it’s important to everyone at GreenAcres that we keep in touch and continue to support as many people as we can during these difficult times.
We are proposing to hold a ‘virtual’ coffee morning with the team in the park each month while the Coronavirus threat continues. What this means is that you get to make a cuppa at home, put your feet up and then join us and the rest of our community on the phone for a chat. If you fancy joining us for coffee in the ‘virtual’ world then please let us know and we’ll take care of the rest.
