Grove Guest House is situated close to the town centre and the waterfront. The University campus is a 10 minute stroll away. The Regent theatre is a 5 minute walk from the house.

From April 2017 we're changing a little. We're switching into a 'self catering' mode, where as well as your ensuite bedroom, you also get access to a shared guest kitchen /diner /utility room.

We are also focussing more on longer term stays, of at least a week, but also up to a few months. We will still do shorter stays of 2-6 nights, but they will be offered much closer to the arrival date.
