Welcome to Grow! We are soon to be a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in Bedford in the United Kingdom that focus on enabling and empowering ordinary people to increase physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being in their own lives.

We do this both on an individual and organisational basis in a number of different ways: positive psychology, coaching, mindfulness, and through the Grow Wellbeing Workshops, a collective of complementary therapists who are passionate about educating the local community on the many benefits of the therapies we offer.
