Guerrilla Training Newcastle Description

Guerrilla Circuits are designed to deliver constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
Advocating a mix of aerobic exercise, interval training, body weight exercises, plyometric and Olympic weight lifting geared towards inspiring people to reach their personal goals whether that be weight loss, toning or increasing muscle mass. Guerrilla describes its strength and conditioning program as
"Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements for all fitness levels designed to change your outlook on exercise. "
Guerrilla’s friendly and highly qualified staff will guide you through constantly varied circuits that will include movements such as sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, flipping tyres, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects, and many bodyweight exercises.
The equipment used will include barbells, dumbells, olympic rings, TRX, pull up bars, kettle bells , Tyres, medicine balls, along with your own bodyweight to help you achieve your goals.

Only been twice so far but going again later. Great atmosphere, no competition, great instructors esp Lisa. All abilities, highly addictive to do better the next time. Going to di twice weekly classes and see how I go on #nothingchangesifnothingchanges xx

Only been 3 times but love it,it's different every time you go and you actually feel like you've had a work out,every muscle in your body gets used so you end up feeling like you've can't go on but you keep going

I've done two sessions now both different and both really enjoyable... Both trainers were brilliant.. the circuit training was great fun and the trainer made sure I was using the equipment correctly being a newbie. Ache in all the right places now ��... friendly and welcoming with a timetable that works for me yay thanks x

I've been doing guerilla training on and off for 2-3 years now in between guerilla I've tried meta fit, the gym and different classes at the gym but I always end up back at guerilla if you want to loose weight and tone up at the same time guerilla is Deffo they way to do it!! I love it and cannot stay away!!

I've been coming to guerilla since about August and it's brill! The circuit classes are never the same set up so you never get bored and the classes are varied and suitable for every level of fitness. Oh and the best thing...everyone is really friendly and the trainers really know their stuff. Can't recommend it enough

I'm a regular at the gym but this is something else! Went for the first time yesterday and been aching all day but I will be back for more! Look forward to getting better and better at it. Being in a class like this makes me work harder than I would otherwise :)

Guerilla training is the first class like this I've been to. The people are lovely, it's really hard work, but much more interesting than a standard gym! I'm always glad I've gone, feel good afterwards and am starting to see the results!

First time doing anything like this! and was a little worried! I'd needent have been. And I must say I absolutely loved it.. instruction was given where needed. Great group of people very friendly. it's a must try.!!!

Fantastic.. I was so scared going for the first time as I went on my own but the PTs were fantastic. They looked after me and helped me when I needed it. I have beem for the second time tonight and wants again it was brill. It gives you a bug that makes you want to keep going :) cant reccommend it enough xxx

Done 3 circuit classes so far Wednesday morning and Sunday 4pm and absolouty felt in love with the style of training . The instructors are very friendly and helpful,making sure you get all the help you need . Highly recommend to anyone with all the fitness levels from beginners to athletes. Can't wait for my next session ! Buzzing ��

Best circuit training in the area by a country mile. If you want to get fit then this is the place. Andy is an exceptional trainer who makes the likes of 'Caveman' look amateur!!



Suits all levels of fitness and there are a verity of sessions available that suit different needs!



Very friendly atmosphere where everybody is made to feel welcome!

All the classes I've been are really good and physical. It's an ace way to burn those calories, tone up and get stronger. I started end of August and haven't looked back. I'm 10 weeks in on my plan 💪. All the staff are very friendly and very helpful. 😊
