We had put our house on the market after finding a home unexpectedly that we wanted to purchase, we looked at our options and went with an agent (not Haart) and after a week with not much success on the viewing front we knew we needed to step things up a gear.



I contacted 3 estate agents and out of the 3 Haart were the only ones who answered my call quickly and the person at the end of the phone (Neil) could help me straight away. (One agent never called back and the other returned my call 5 hours later)!!



George came to look at our house and talked me through everything they have to offer, although the fees were a lot more expensive we really wanted to sell so we could secure the property we wanted to purchase so agreed to proceed.

The same day we had 2 viewings (plus more along the way) and they always chased the feedback and let me know.



We have now sold (in 2 weeks) and I can honestly say that I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! Lauren, Ollie, Neil and George were all fantastic, friendly and very professional. For such a young team they are very dedicated and have so much enthusiasm it’s really pleasant to deal with them.



Well worth every penny!
