Through a tough process due to buying a leasehold property, haart have guided us through the whole process and kept us in the loop at all time, being able to walk into an office and sit face to face with the fantastic team this has made me feel at ease buying through haart stopsley. many thanks to the whole team.

Brian and Martina were fantastic in assisting us with the purchase of our new home in stopsley, they really catered to our needs and guided us through the entire process with patience and diplomacy, fantastic team.

I delt with Bradley, Richard and Martina. Bradley and Richard helped me get a solicitor as I was buying and selling. There chosen one DC law gave me a competitive quote. They matched another firm I found price wise. I must say the solicitors were quick and kept in contact via email and phone .
Martina also kept the whole chain up to date. All in all I had not 1 bad experience and it was stress free.

We initially chose a rival estate agent to market our property but after 12 weeks, we had had only one viewing! During this time, Richard kept in touch with us in a polite manner. He made it clear he felt Haart could sell our property quickly if our chosen agent failed to do so. At no point did he make us feel pressured and he always showed the utmost professionalism. So after our initial contract had expired with our first agent we changed to Haart and our property was sold in just three weeks!

We found the staff at the Stopsley branch to be polite and professional at all times. We were selling from a distance, so they kept us fully informed, not only about viewings and progress with the sale, but also on the condition of the property.

I can't find fault in the service I received from the Haart Stopsley branch. Their helpful and professional staff were active in negotiations between myself and the vendor to ensure both parties were happy. My over-arching impression is that they will do their utmost to make sales happen.

Refreshingly friendly service, understood both my needs and budget! showing me what I could afford in the area. I had some great advice from their mortgage adviser, who did a complete review on my current mortgage and went through all my options. I popped into haart looking for properties to buy. I have a house to sell. I spoke to Martina she was very helpful and knowledgable on the stopsley area. She offered me mortgage advice with a guy called Phillip. He advised me what I could borrow but the amount was not enough to move. He did do a free mortgage review on my current mortgage. He save me nearly £100 by remortgaging and notmoving for the time being. I walked out it haart financially better off. Thank you haart well impressed. I will be recommending you to my friends.
