The place to come to if you want to feel special :) Held my daughter's 9th birthday party at the salon and the staff made her feel very special. They were really helpful regarding organising arrangements and decorated the salon beautifully, even blowing up the balloons I provided. Her friends all know where they want their next birthday!!

Thank you very much to Fran and Frankie for being so kind and hospitable on my first (and certainly won't be my last) visit to their gorgeous salon. There was a very special community feel to it and all the ladies were so nice. My hair was washed and conditioned with an amazing scalp massage followed by a very welcomed glass mug of tea, biscuits and cupcakes, sandwiches and cake as they were celebrating their 4th anniversary. I then had my hair beautifully blow dryed with my extensions clipped in by the extremely professional and experienced Samantha Buckland Hackett Highly recommended!!! ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

Jo put my hair up for a party and it was absolutely superb. She listened to what I said, she understood my curly hair(!) and it looked stunning. IŌĆÖve just been to late night at Betty & DollyŌĆÖs and the lovely Sam gave me the best straight blow dry ever! My hair feels so soft and silky. Sam is so professional and knows how to make you feel special, nothing is too much and she will go out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. She knew exactly what I wanted. I visited the salon today for the first time and I have never been anywhere with such lovely and obliging staff!!

Fran spent time talking about exactly what I wanted and cut in and coloured hair extensions perfectly to match my hair. She worked round my limited time scale and was just so lovely.

I have visited Betty and Dolly's twice now. Each time I have been in the staff have been amazing and always attentive, ensuring that they listen to exactly what I want but in addition using their professional eye in order for them to go the extra mile making me feel special and 100% satisfied with the service I have been given!!
