It has become quite apparent (after a bit of stalking and talking to other stylists!) that I am well under-charging for the things I do the most. So as of 13th May there will be a slight price increase.
Raising my prices will allow me to take on fewer clients and focus more closely on the work I do and will mean better turn-around times for you plus more availability.

⭐️What Are Hair Extensions?⭐️
Hair extensions are used to add length and/or volume to the hair. They can be made of natural or synthetic hair. Virgin natural hair extensions are the best quality (and the most expensive, of course) as the cuticle of the natural hair is preserved and all the hair runs in one direction, giving it the most natural look.
⭐️Reasons To Go For Hair Extensions⭐️
... There can be various reasons for someone to go in for hair extensions.
* Those who do not have good hair growth can go for these to add extra length to their hair * It can be used to get a new look like a fringe or a particular cut * Add some bounce to your regular hair * Add some color in your hair without using chemical colors
1. Nano ring extensions
One of the newer methods of hair extensions, which has quickly became a favourite for so many is the nano tip hair extensions. They involve the placement of individual hair extensions strands, secured by a tiny nano ring. They’re considered within the industry to be 90% smaller than the traditional micro ring, making them comfortable to wear, especially for those clients who have fine hair, but also are less detectable. Meaning no one will know that your client has hair extensions in place.
2. Micro Ring Hair Extensions
Micro ring hair extensions come in the form of small bundles of hair that are looped through small sections of your natural hair. The extension is then secured by a metal bead clamped around it with the help of a pair of pliers. A more convenient version of these extensions are the micro loop extensions that come attached with a loop and bead beforehand. Hence, they do not require a loop tool for attachment. These are slightly bigger than nano rings.
3. Tape-In Hair Extensions
If you’re looking for hair extensions that can easily be put on in a couple of hours, tape-in extensions are what you need! Each weft comes with either double or single-sided polyurethane tape tabs cut to fit its size. Your hair is essentially sandwiched and stuck between these extensions.
⭐️Are extensions damaging?⭐️
Hair extensions are not damaging to one’s natural hair when fitted by a trained professional. All these are some of the hair extension methods that are the least damaging. Nano and micro rings do not require heat or glue to secure them, meaning they will be kinder and gentle on the hair. When it’s time to remove them, they are really easy to do so, and won’t require the typical alcohol or acetone based solution remover, unlike the prebonded hair extension method. As with all salon based hair extensions, we cannot stress enough the importance of ensuring hair extensions are fitted, maintained and removed by a reputable, trained professional.
