Swim molds for children. These 2 sat very still while we did the impressions. They came back in today to collect them and are looking forward to their holiday so they can swim without worrying about getting water in their ears. 💦 👂🏻 🚫

Had something stuck in my ear ! They saw me at short notice removed the offending item, gave my ears a quick check and sent me on my way with some advice about ear care. Really friendly and professional.

Had a lovely text from my mum and dad following Rays visit to them in Abbots Langley . She said they had had a lovely evening as dad could now hear the Television and her again, she thanked me from the bottom of her heart for finding Ray and Halo. It's all really down to Ray and his expertise in finding the correct hearing aids and loop system that has given my mum and dad so much joy, they have been married 66 years and dad's deafness had stopped a lot of their conversation.
