Chakra Balance treatments are a great way to trigger the healing process!

An AMAZING way to get Magnesium into your system is by soaking in a Mineral Bath. I mix Magnesium Flakes with Himilayan Salt and fill a pretty jar in my bathroom. Then I add a good two or three handfuls to my bath and soak fora good 20 minutes. The Magnesium crosses the epidermis like any other mineral and is absorbed into the bloodstream. 🕉💚
