Harmonise Singers Description

Harmonise Singers are led by Linds Bestwicke and continues to be a fun and friendly choir.

Think you can't sing? Come along and have a go, you may be surprised! Singing is great for your health and well being and is even better when shared with others!

Mondays 1. 45pm-3. 15pm at Salvation Army Hall, Oak Street, Fakenham

Women Only Wednesdays 7. 00pm-8. 30pm at Community Centre Lounge, Oak Street, Fakenham

Come and sing with me!
I'll be leading a day workshop of beautiful songs from around the world. We'll sing together and create lovely harmonies and hopefully have lots of fun too!
I teach everything by ear so there's no need to read music.

Our new term starts next week (from 8th January) and is the perfect opportunity to come and join. We've had an extended hiatus while I had a baby so we'll all be a little rusty when we go back. Please feel free to come along and see what we're all about and give me a shout if you have any questions. We'd love to have you with us to sing through 2018 and beyond!

It's our first birthday this week! We had a lovely session this afternoon and I'm really looking forward to our new sessions on a Wednesday evening. What a great week!

This is so very true for all of us at Harmonise. As we had our Christmas party yesterday, I watched as people talked like old friends though some have only been with us for a short while. Music is a powerful force in our lives.

Once again we'll be leading the carols to sing Santa on to the stage tomorrow. Do sing with us and really kick the festive season off with some Christmas spirit!

Our new term starts tomorrow and is the final term of the year. We have 5 weeks of singing between now and Christmas (we have to miss out the 30th November) finishing with a little Christmas party on the 7th December. If you fancy joining us then come along to any session. Look forward to seeing you!

Don't just take my word for it. Joining a choir is good for your health! If you fancy giving us a try, pop along on a Monday afternoon and you'll be made very welcome. We don't care if you think you can't sing, we'd love to have you with us!

Here we are singing at Fakenham Fair this year. It was great fun and only our 2nd performance ever! So proud of my singers! :)

We're singing a half hour set at Fakenham Fair today. We start at 3pm in the music tent. If you'd like to come and listen to what we sing then we'd love it if you could make it down!

I have been in touch with Heinke and Axel who came to our taster session on Monday and have been finding out what kind of music they are involved with back home. Here's a video of Axel's former band Calendonix (he's got a new band now) and they play Scottish folk songs and tunes! For those that didn't meet him - he's the bass guitarist and main vocalist! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zz6kYLyfo CA
