we were passing through Peterborough on our way to a cousins wedding and stopped at Harvester for lunch, partly because our little girl always eats so much food at the Harvester! We were made to feel particularly welcome by Mark who looked after us and reassured us when we were frantically cleaning up the combination of pasta, coleslaw and red devil sauce our thirteen month old had smeared (we call it windscreen wiping) all over the table! I told him at the end that I wanted to leave a tip (we paid on card) but we didn’t have any change and it’s very rare that I do tip when we go out for lunch or dinner, only when the service is exceptional, so I’ve left him a review on here, instead! Thank you for providing welcoming and friendly service Mark (although we forgot our balloon!)

Wow just had a fantastic meal and excellent service from Mark who made my daughter’s day.

He was so kind and attentive especially when she got two boys toys from the chicken machine, he went above and beyond and swapped them for her for two girls toys.

She had a lovely meal and ate it which is a bonus, he made us all feel very relaxed and special, great customer service skills he is a asset to the company.

Went out for a meal with the misses. Just an early evening meal. Mark was our waiter and he did an excellent job. I would recommend to anyone. Food was quick and hot, drinks cool and speedy and Mark was on point. Not to mention the salad bar. Yummy!!

Went out for a birthday meal with my family, to celebrate my mums 48th! Had a great time, the waiter we had was named Mark , and he made our experience there amazing. very funny very polite, such a laugh even got my grandad speaking in another language with him. 10 out of 10 would recommend and would definitely come back. Thanks!!!

We came to have a catch up with mum and dad after a long holiday. Mark and team looked after us, he was very attentive, a joy to be around and has such a wonderful personality. Very approachable. Thank you Louise and Mark.

We ate at this harvester for the first time today, and have to say I’m blown away. Our waiter was Mark who couldn’t do enough for us. He was attentive, friendly and efficient. I have nothing but good things to say about him. This man is an absolute credit to the restaurant. Our food was equally perfect. The salad bar was fresh and had a good choice. All of our main courses were well presented and full of flavour. We all wanted a dessert but were sadly too full. But I have no doubt they would have been equally delicious. We are so pleased to have discovered the restaurant and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend. Carry on doing a brilliant job!

Visited harvester this morning for breakfast as part of a end of year school trip. The group was a combination of children and adults and we were thoroughly looked after from arrival, we even had balloons put on our table. We were served by Mark who was wonderful, lovely customer service, gave the children colouring packs, ordered their food first and supplied us with jugs of water. Food came out quickly and was lovely. It is so nice to go somewhere and know the staff are accommodating. We will be back as a group in September!

My friend and I had dinner here this evening and were provided with such great service by Mark! He was super friendly and attentive and the food was delicious! Will definitely be back!

Just had the most enjoyable experience in the harvester tonight thanks to a top waiter mark,he approached myself and my son at the salad bar where he encouraged him to eat some cucumber for a lolly and a Magic balloon. My son was so excited he took the cucumber which he would never do previously, and tried it mark then gave him 2 lollies for his effort. Mark came over to the table to check the food was all ok and regularly to ask if there was anything else he could do for us! Mark is very friendly and approachable to all his customers and couldn’t of offered a better service if he tried, was absolutely brilliant.

Just had an amazing meal at Harvester Unit 4 Pavillions West. Great food and drink. Was served by GEMMA, and she was fantastic! A very friendly welcome and gave us a booth to dine at. She was very attentive and ensured that we had everything we wanted and enjoyed our meal! Thank you GEMMA! :)

Just been out for a quick bite to eat and while the food was good Mark was what made the visit even better!! He was such a laugh! He really is a asset to the team! Well done Mark keep that amazing personality glowing through �

I Have visited this Particular Harvester for the First time yesterday and I am already planning to return. We received the most amazing customer service. Our server Mark is wasted hiding in Peterborough he should be holding serving seminars in London. The food was delicious, Mark was perfectly attentive every request was adhered to with speed and accuracy. Best Customer service in the area by miles and helps the restaurant is beautiful and spotlessly clean and the food a fab quality too.

Great service from Mark welcomed us and was friendly at every opportunity. The food was yummy, even though we were stumped at the main course. Probably because we had pigged ourself on the hot, freshly baked rolls and crisp salad bar beforehand. Highly recommended, would visit again xxx

Great service and really family friendly. Portion sizes were great and so was the actual food. When we ordered our desserts they brought out out a scoop of ice cream for my baby son and some buttons for him to enjoy.

Came today for lunch with my family and was served by a lovely waitress kamile, she was very interactive with our little ones they definitely enjoyed their balloons our girls are very complicated when it comes to their food choices but it never seems to be a problem when we come lovely time as always.

Absolutely love this restaurant and it's always a treat to come here.. The food was absolutely incredible and we managed to squeeze in a desert too (Rocky Horror all the way)

100% recommend Harvester Pavillions West at Peterborough. Visited for our end of term meal with the students and Mark couldn’t have been anymore accommodating if he had tried. Fantastic customer service and extremely helpful. Will return for sure.
