Even my children wanted in on the action in the cocoon..my little boy loved it. He's almost 6 and has autsim. It helps him to regulate his moods/anxieties and has improved his sleep at night. He only lasts a few minutes in the cocoon as his attention span is that of a goldfish... its perfectly safe for children to use too...
