I would like to thank you so very much for the lovely service you gave for my lovely dad. You were so caring, kind and understanding - you really portrayed him so very well. It made my job a lot easier and thank you for your lovely support to all our family even under a bit of pressure with the timing, but that did not even affect any of it you were so calm, empathetic and encouraging.
I received so much positive in regards to the service - the main one being "That has got to be one of the best funeral services I have ever attended, and it described dad to a tee. " In fact everyone said this - so thank you once again for the lovely job you did of honouring my precious daddy. I will be forever grateful to you and may God bless you in all your future endeavours.

... My friend asked if you had known mum as it was so personal, you came across as a friend. Someone that had known mum a while.
It was a beautiful day, filled with tears, smiles, laughters and memories.
I know that mum would have been pleased.
