What a fantastic park! Our mobile home was absolutely spotless! It had everything we needed. The park itself was very well maintained and clean! The staff were very helpful! The children loved the swimming pool! Life guards very helpful and attentive. The entertainment staff were brilliant! I would 100% recommend this holiday park!

User

We had a fab stay here for three days back in June this year.

The caravan was lovely (although I'll admit we had to give the plates a good clean as they were a little bit dirty, but no big deal) and the staff were fabulous!

Our car decided it didn't like the tyres it had once we got there, so after a mad dash to reception, the staff were lovely & printed me a load of different mechanics/garages to get it sorted! And I couldn't thank them enough because it really put a damper on the start of the holiday, (as well as the £120 holiday money we had to use for the new tyres!) we got a free game of mini golf to cheer us up & it was great!

The entertainment for the kids is brilliant & I highly recommend a walk along heacham beach at 6am for the mothers who just want 10 minutes to themselves whilst kids & husband are still in bed!!!

There was 9 of us here on the 12th - 15th August 2016 and it was an amazing holiday. Although a small park we still enjoyed our stay. Although not intentional our two caravans we booked was one behind the other which was convenient. Our caravans were very clean and were very spacious which was nice. The staff in the boathouse tavern, the entertainment crew, reception staff and on site shop staff were very friendly. It was my little brother's first holiday and his 3rd birthday was the day after we left. On our last night we asked if we could sing happy birthday to him, and he got up on stage and everyone sang happy birthday and he loved it. The whole park was very clean and was very enjoyable. I would definitely come back again. I'd like to give special recognition to the entertainment crew who are doing an amazing job considering from what we saw there is only two of them. Thanks Heacham for making amazing memories for my family which we will never forget. Keep up the good work :)

Just returned from a weeks stay. speaking as a couple can honestly say my wife and I were very impressed with our caravan; with the on site facilities; and with the staff at Heacham Beach. The caravan was spotless and very comfortable. Heating was more than efficient and warmed up quickly when needed. Only issue I would have is that the mattress on the bed is passed its best now and will need to be replaced soon, but this didn't stop us sleeping well. All the good sea air helping! The bar was well stocked and food was very good. Bar staff were very friendly and the manager and entertainment team made sure we were always made to feel really welcome. The live acts on site we saw were excellent and made for very enjoyable evenings. With direct access onto the beach, long walks (if that is your thing) are easily available as are visits elsewhere by car, owing to the sites location. There were children on the site and they appeared to be enjoying the on site entertainment put on specifically for them. We live in Carlisle about 6 hours drive away, but had we lived nearer am sure we would visit the site on a regular basis. Thanks to everyone at Heacham Beach, you enabled us to have a great weeks holiday and hopefully we will be able to return again in the not too distant future.

User

It's only small but is a lovely little site! The pool is great for the kids! And the entertainment was great Nathan and rosie are great with the kids. And make the venue have a great atmosphere! Something for every age to enjoy! We had a brilliant holiday! Thankyou all! X

User

I was down with ye a few weeks ago to stay in a family members caravan. Spent a lot of time in the pool with the family and there was a lovely guy called Jim/Tim who worked there. Lovely guy. We also met a guy called Ben who gave us great advice on how to get into the Park Resorts in Heacham. Thanks to both. We had a great few days there. The ducks in the park add character! ❤️

User

just had long weekend our carvan was beautiful on checkers very well kept more than happy site lovely.....unfortunatley my daughter had a 6 beth van very basic not the best so spent most of time in our van.her van dated shame

User

The overall stay is amazing I brought my 4 youngest children they love it 2nd year this year and we went into clubhouse, entertainment was rele good and involved all the kids!! Bar and restaurant prices could be put down a little as over priced also the swimming pool needs to have more time for public swim and not classes...everyone rele friendly looking forward to returning next year with my oldest children too.. thank you xx

User

My parents own a caravan on this site. We go pretty much every weekend in season and spend as much time there as possible. I have two young kids.7 years and 2 years and none of them get bored. There is the sea a stones throw away, a shop onsite that's crammed with fun stuff and necessities. A child's park, a swimming pool with pool side entertainment, a bar with sports and all your favourite beverages. The entertainment is also very good. And that's all within the park. We haven't even used the kids daytime clubs yet as we simply don't have Time to amongst the other activities. Everywhere is pet friendly. And as you go out of the park there is amazing scenery, the best sunsets you'll find on the east coast and you can drive to absolutely wonderful places such as wells-next-to-sea, burnham market and Cromer all within half hour. It's an amazing place that we all share many memories together so far,and have many many more to make. Highly recommend as a visitor, and if you can, certainly as an owner.

User

Lovely first holiday for some of my children, kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the entertainment, last time I visited was 14 years ago not much has changed since then park is still set out the same so made it a lot easier to find things , the only let down was house keeping our caravan was dirty no pillow cases and blood stains on the duvets and covers , no apologies given

User

I’m not here by choice, quiet park by the sea ( well the Wash).

Prefer bigger parks with more entertainment personally.

User

The park was very nice and clean and so was the swimming pool. It does have a resident duck squad that as soon as you step out of your caravan, descend upon you from every where. We went in May of this year ( 2017 ) on a Monday to Friday holiday and as it was near to the start of the holiday season, There was not much in the way of entertainment. Kid's stuff and Bingo mainly. The caravan we had was cleaned and inspected before we went in and coffee and tea were put in a bag as a complementary welcome pack. The bed's had been made and all electrical item's worked. Two bad points about our stay was the bed mattress spring's dug in your sides when you lay on it, making sleeping very uncomfortable. And the second was the price of thing's on site. That's the shop and the cafe in the bar area. Considering the cafe part has only a 3 star food standard's agency rating. the price does not reflect it. The shop is a normal high street shop, but there prices are not. £2.00 + for a packet of plain biscuits. We will go there again as it was a nice place to stay. 10 min's drive from Hunstanton. 2 Min's walk to the local beach. And the local beach has a fantastic cafe that serves great fish and chip's. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. I'll be back >>>

Ok here we go! We made a point of asking before booking to have 2 caravans together the answer was yes not a problem, great we thought and paid for our holiday. When we arrived early to be sure, we were told sorry we can't put the caravans together so we sucked it up and went to unpack.

We arrived at our caravans to find the first one hadn't been cleaned properly with chocolate on the table stuff on the floor we again sucked this up and got the hoover out ourselves.

Next caravan had stains all over the carpet and walls and lights that didn't work or that tripped the whole caravan on further inspection we found a plastic box with bulbs and fuses to fix problems ourselves, ok again we can manage this, we went to change one bulb it didn't fit and the light fitting was hanging at the wrong angle causing a health and safety risk! The gas boiler was constantly on with no inspection cover and at child level another health and safety risk! We paid extra for a silver plus supposedly giving us the "luxury" of more space! Well the caravan was the size of a shoebox and there was 5 of us god help us if we filled it to capacity of 8 persons, the toilet was designed by scale to that of a bloody dolls house and if you opened the door to give yourself more room the mirror facing it let's everyone and his wife in the living room experience the joy of seeing you!! The bar was staffed by people who didn't look like they wanted to be there and trying to get served at times was a joke forcing us to leave! Sam and gwyneth and the lady in the arcade were amazing so friendly and gave 110% the security staff were lovely and friendly too always greeted us with a smile and a laugh. The adjacent beach was strewn with glass and rubbish and although not the parks responsibility it advertises it on the website so we visited on day one where my son cut his toe which became infected and we lost a day spent at the local A&E department which is excellent if you should have to visit! The pool is far to small for the amount of people on the camp and being timed while in is a pain as you are clock watching constantly. Saying all this the park itself is clean and tidy and the addition of ducks is a welcome one. The dog friendly nature of the park is great however the main rules are keep your dog on a lead and clean up after your dog!! This is not enforced and we were charged by a few dogs whilst navagateing our way round the narrow paths. Although my review is mostly negative I do feel that with better management and training some staff in customer service this park could be miles better and would make a lovely quiet holiday destination in the beautiful county of Norfolk.

User

Not the best holiday park, but certainly not the worst. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Would like to comment on the staff from the club house but it was way too small and there was no way our group of 6 stood a chance of getting a table in the evenings!! This holiday park is perfect if you like self catering in its true form, including evening entertainment.

Just got back from long weekend at parkdean resorts heacham beach ,we enjoyed it last year so we thought we would return again this year. The swimming timetable has improved, and the caravan was nice and clean .On Saturday we had a day on the beach and then a meal in the boathouse ,but on Sunday when we returned at the same time we were told the chef had stopped taking orders for food, not good for a pregnant woman and the hottest day of the year!! Some of the bar staff were not very friendly and the tables needed clearing and wiping. The children's entertainment was very poor .The park is near the beach thats nice and handy for the dog.Don't think we will return next year

User

Booked a caravan through AirBnB/2cholidays. Whilst cheap, was disappointed by the age/specification of the unit. Cleanliness was not up to standard considering the “added cost” of cleaning and an extra £30 for having a dog - we only stayed 3nights, so our cleaning bill was roughly 30% of cost! Due to very inclement weather, the lack of modern double glazing meant even with the heating on all night (gas fire in front room and useless panel heaters) my wife slept in a thermal hoodie inbetween TWO duvets (in May)! The close proximity to the beach meant the noise of the sea in the bedroom was also very noticeable. As for the site, the units seemed closer together than others. The small shop had limited stock (although the wine selection was good...). The family pool was small and that appeared to be the major part of the “facilities”. Having a dog, on a “dog friendly site”, was not helped by us not being allowed in the bar with him, as advised by the very helpful reception girls. Having visited other close by sites, in North Beach Heacham, our choice of place to stay next time, was made much easier.

User

Truthfully they are just not interested in anything. The caravan we had was filthy, dirty stinking mop and bucket left in toilet,(reported it to reception nothing done) put it under the van. Floor should have been wood grained, nearly black, windows and tv wiped over with dirty cloth. Staff need training in customer service.

User

Caravan was ok and good value for money for a basic stay however the club house was hugely disappointing. Over 2 hours for food and after 2 hours decide to tell us there wasn't some of what we ordered. when it did come was cold and vile. Awful service especially with 3 kids aged 11, 4 and 2 and the the two youngest over hungry and tired and it being too late to go anywhere else. Arcade strategically placed it would seem as cost us a fortune trying to appease the kids. Only arrived that afternoon so not a good start! Felt for the staff taking all the complaints and flack whilst the manager hid in the kitchen!

Not a patch on the park dean we stayed at previously.

User

Caravan booked through hoeseasons. Was very smelly reception sprayed air freshener which worked for a while but smell returned. Caravan was freezing, small gas fire in lounge and wall heaters in bedroom. Main bedroom never got warm. Gas oven had no numbers on dial only cooked on maximum heat and went out every few minutes. Floor was filthy with a six month old baby in caravan it was unacceptable. No upgrade caravans on site. They would not release the booking for us to move to another camp. Pool was nice but dirty changing room floors dispite us being the only 5 people in the pool with 2 lifeguards doing nothing. Area around the camp is lovely but we won't be staying again
