YOU are unique. Your body is unique.
Your individual carb requirements depend on your:
• goals (fat loss, muscle gain, maintenance) • genetics (different body types, medical conditions) • carb source (refined versus minimally processed) • activity level (sedentary, weight-training, endurance athlete).
