**ANTE NATAL AND POST NATAL PILATES COURSES STARTING AT EASTWOOD BAPTIST CHURCH**

FitBack & Bumps Ante Natal and Post Natal Educational Exercise Programme is led by a Chartered Physiotherapist.

Join me and exercise safely to keep fit during and after your pregnancy.

It brings mums and mums-to-be together to share pregnancy experiences and will help you to:
Exercise safely during and after your pregnancy
Reduce the aches and pains associated with pregnancy
Reduce stress incontinence by strengthening your pelvic floor muscles
Improve your posture
Reduce pelvic and back pain by strengthening your core
Flatten your tummy after pregnancy
Make new friends and share your pregnancy experiences

Each Ante and Post Natal Programme will incorporate exercises, stretches and discussions on different topics including:
• Safe exercising during and after pregnancy
• The pelvic floor muscles
• Regaining your core muscles after pregnancy
• Physical preparation for labour for a smoother delivery.

Participants on the program will receive a pack containing an education booklet and exercise cards so they can continue the exercises at home or at the gym.
