Henleys Estate & Letting Agents is wholly owned and run by the family teams of Ryan Ratcliffe and Jeff Cox. They are supported by their partners Yasmin and Annie.
Ryan and Jeff are both North Norfolk born and raised. Ryan was born and brought up in Cromer and Jeff was born in West Runton and brought up in Holt. Both partners live locally and have worked in the area all their lives. Ryan has been in the Estate Agency business since leaving education and Jeff started in 2004 so their knowledge is truly extensive. Ryan and Jeff were instrumental for their previous employers helping win two industry recognized national awards for quality of service in 2014 and 2015.
Henleys services include residential sales, lettings and lettings management. We provide a 7 days a week service for both sales and lettings.
Our ethos is to provide the best possible service and give our clients excellent value for money.
