Hats, hats, hats at the Festival of Vintage in York 💞
Fabulous day at the Festival of Vintage in York yesterday 😎☀️ Looking forward to day 2!
Gearing up for our first weekend event of the year. Sorting stock and stitching for the Festival of Vintage in York. The weather's looking up too!
Well, what a long but rewarding day yesterday was... a lovely workshop and then some new faces at the weekly Weds night Stitch n Natter sewing group. Early night tonight!
The staff are so friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgable about all things vintage. I bought the most beautiful handmade dress from the 40s, with a pretty reasonable price tag too! Thanks!
Popped in today, lovely shop xx fab bits and bobs xx
Not an average vintage clothing shop. Clearly hand picked items, chosen by someone with a very good eye. I was devastated not to find any vintage jackets in my size, but my wife still got a little something. I only wish you had an outlet nearer me, down south. I have to suffer shops like 'Beyond Retro' who buy 'vintage' (read OLD) clothes in bulk. Finding something you like at Heritage Re-Loved is not difficult, just keep your fingers crossed that it fits!
Lovely little gem of a place. We're looking forward to popping in again soon.
Love our lamp shade and seat cover for window seat! Lovely shop great friendly service thanks again x
I was looking for "the" present for the one I love, which as a man is always difficult to get, interpreting the hints and successfully translating them into reality is always a challenge. I called into Heritage Reloved and relayed the bits of information I had been fed by the the one I adore and they led me to the perfect gift. In these days where the sale is the goal it is nice to meet people where you are talked through ideas and options without any pressures so you can find the right gift that will be loved for years, thank you Heritage Reloved
I love this shop! Julie and Terry have excellent taste at hand picking quality items and are very knowledgeable about all their wares.
I am yet to visit the shop and I cannot wait.I recently attended the Pickering Railway in wartime weekend and met one of the team who could not have been more helpful in helping me chose the perfect hat, great service, great quality, great price :-) :-) :-
Great help getting my first 40s gear did not know what I wanted they even went to another
Stall to show me a give me ideas ,thank you ladies
First visit to Elsecar today and there just wasn't enough time to look through all the amazing shops that the Heritage Centre offers. One shop me and my husband both adored though, was Re-Loved. The amazing clothes, vintage crockery, trinkets and homeware. I wanted to buy it all!
I found some gorgeous material that will give my dining table a homey vintage look and a little jug to add to my colourful jug collection. My husband also found a Harris Tweed jacket that fit him like a glove, for a bargain price and now he doesn't want to take it off!
The gentleman who served us was very cool, in his Levi jeans coupled with a tweed jacket. Incredibly helpful, and not at all pushy for a sale.
Will definitely be visiting this shop more often and recommending it to all my friends and family!
Felt like walking back into my grandmas from years ago loved it!
Beautiful little shop full of hidden vintage gems.
Attended a workshop today to make an Aline skirt, I never thought in a million years I could do it as I’ve been trying for the last 6 months. Julie is amazing at teaching you, she has patience, explains everything so well and the mini afternoon tea in the gorgeous vintage teapots, cups and saucers is such a delight!! I can’t wait to attend again and update my wardrobe. Thank you so much to Julie and her husband who kept me in tea
As regular visitors to the previous and current shops we always leave happy and rarely without a purchase.A building with character full of vintage fashion, homewares and haberdashery. Its mostly good quality mid-century ladies and gents fashion with a strong nod to the forties.
The propriertors are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to offer an helpful opinion.
Amazing place to visit, I was on the look out for buttons and the lovely man who very kindly got two big tins out full of buttons for me. I could have stayed there for ever. My daughter who's 13 was also amazed at the little shop with the fashion. Thank you agin can't wait to visit again. X
