Hertfordshire Bootcamp Description
An outdoor Fitness Bootcamp designed and run by highly trained Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches. These sessions are programmed to develop endurance, strength, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility and to push your fitness on to new and improved levels.

Saturday May 19th! Get yourselves ready for a challenging, fun and diverse fitness Bootcamp from 9.30am to 11.30am. Bring a partner, friend or family member along for the ride as we cover the beautiful grounds at the Hertfordshire golf club while getting fit for summer! Available to members & non-members to the Hertfordshire golf & country club. Fruit and refreshments at the halfway point included. Just £12 per person. Saturday April 21st Hertfordshire Bootcamp. Sun was out for this awesome crowd of people! Well done to the team for completing 2 hours in the heat. Great effort all round and great fun! Watch as they brave the forest, tackle the obstacle course and endure the high intensity circuit.
