All you need is a gumshield, clothes and shoes suitable for grass and a bottle of water.

Aged between 13-19 and want to try American Football? The Hertfordshire Cheetahs are recruiting males and females to play for our Youth and Junior squad in the 2019 season.
Please arrive at 1530 in order for us to fill out paperwork and meet you all, the event will start at 1600. Participants will be able to try multiple positions including catching skills, running skills, throwing skills and tackling. You can also try on the kit
Please bring a parent or guardian over 18 to f...ill out the necessary paperwork, water, boots, gumshield and clothes suitable for grass.

The Hertfordshire Cheetahs U12 and U17 flag squads are recruiting for the 2019 season. Open to both males and females
Flag American Football is the non contact version of the sport, similar to tag rugby.
... At the rookie day, you can try multiple positions and meet the squad and coaches.
The day begins at 13.30 with registration and you must bring an adult with you to complete the forms.
Wear clothes and shoes suitable for grass, bring a gumshield and some water.
