Our little shop and home will be open for Heritage Open Days visitors on Saturday and Sunday. 9am to 6pm. We have deeds going back 300 years on display plus an album of old photographs.

We are always keen to support other local businesses. Here is a very interesting video about Lowestoft fishing industry. It is still going albeit small scale. If you watch to the end, only about ten minutes, there is an appeal for us all to support our local fishermen and fish market.

Went in this morning they were so helpful. I brought some beautiful cotton fabric. The lady who served me helped me choose the right fabric for the pattern I had. She gave me lots of tips for making the dresses. I will be going there again thank you.

Went in this morning mentioned to the gentleman I was going to make a hot air ballon quilt and wanted something unusual in the way of fabric and he nailed it straight off with a navigational themed fabric just perfect xx
