So the Samphire Escapes "empire" officially doubled yesterday as we completed on our purchase of Church Farm in Winterton on sea yesterday. Very exciting and looking forward to transforming this wonderful rambling house into a luxury holiday let like Hilltop. Church Farm will look very similar to Hilltop as I will use The same coastal theme. Like Hilltop it will sleep 16, has a lovely garden, a hot tub, a lovely large dining room table and a games room. Great for family celebrations or reunions. The website is under construction but please pm for details. We will be open from mid june. If you like Hilltop you won't be disappointed!
We have just exchanged on another wonderful house just a little further down the coast from Hilltop at Winterton-on-Sea.
Church Farm is a large Georgian farmhouse (4000sqft) with a lovely large garden. Like Hilltop, it will sleep 16, have a hot tub, will be child and dog friendly and is 5 mins walk to a wonderful dog friendly sandy beach and nice pub. We will be carrying out extensive refurbishment over the coming weeks in the same style a Hilltop and will be open for busin...ess from mid-June.

A £100 deposit will reserve you a weekend (2 or 3 nights) or full week in the school holidays. If you do not like the photos when it is all finished you may cancel your booking and I will return your deposit - I doubt I will be returning many as I am confident it will be fantastic. The Terrace and Back Garden with the Hot Tub
We are just coming to the end of a massive refurbishment project to transform Hilltop in Mundesley from a much loved family home into a fantastic holiday let that sleeps16 + cots.
The house has 7 bedrooms (3 of which have lovely sea views)5 bathrooms (3 ensuite), 3 reception rooms, a big well equiped kitchen and playroom. The large child and dog friendly garden has a hot tub, lovely rattan furniture and 6 burner gas BBQ on the terrace. An outside table tennis table and a w...ooden play house provide entertainment for the kids while the adults enjoy the hot tub. So lots to keep everyone happy and occupied in the house albeit a 5 mins walk will take you to the beautiful Mundesley blue flag beach whilst a 2 mins to the vibrant quaint village centre.
We accept up to 4 dogs for a small extra charge.
