Had some unfortunate circumstances happen and gave HIM a call got a viewing of 3 properties on the same day. Luckily I had the funds to do all the paperwork and fees to be done and was able to move in within 5 days from calling them up for the first time staff where friendly, helpful and got me in my desired property as quick as possible which other estate agents wouldn't be able to do.
