Mental Health awareness week is From 13th May , I would like to offer my Treatments and advice on related heath problems such as what's the best treatment for stress,Anxiety,Depression. Reflexology can help to lower blood pressure and improve sleep and so much more. Reiki Healing can help with Depression and stress. As a wellbeing practitioner I can also give you advice on health worries or recommend a treatment plan.
