I booked one of the VIP lanes for a surprise for my partners 30th last night and we all had a great time. The lady i originally booked with booked out the lanes longer for us so i could have family come in early and set up ballons etc. And the cost was fairly priced too! We all had a great time and my partner really enjoyed himself. Thank you to the staff x

Fab food and fab bowling. We didn't book so had to wait but children were happy playing on the arcade games and we had a bite to eat whilst there. Really good food! Thank you.

We were given a VIP lane which was unexpected but very welcome !

It has a much better atmosphere since it has been revamped, the pool table area is great for when you are waiting to play your game. Bowling lanes aren’t good and it’s great that there is somewhere to now put your drinks close to the game. Only downside was the staff on the bar, very unenthusiastic, made it seem like they couldn’t be asked to be there and it’s a shame as it brought the mood down. Overall had a fab night with my partner.

We booked the vip lanes which was great online it says lane service well the man set up the game for us then left he never asked if we wanted drinks or food we were nearly finished our first game when a worker walked passed so we asked him if we could order drinks the drinks took another 20 mins we had started our 2nd game the lady that brought them was very nice and we order food but everything we wanted they didn't have. Later on our game froze another man walked passed with burger and chips he must of been going on his break we asked him if he could help us he looked at the screen then said nothing to do with me and walked off couldn't believe a member of staff would be so rude. If the place was busy could understand the delay in drinks and food but at this time there was only two other lanes playing. I just can't believe the staff and how rude they were very shocked to say the least.

Tried to book online as that’s how it says is the most convenient!! Payment wouldn’t go through! Tried again , no luck! Had no choice but to call phone number provided to resolve the problem only to discover a few hours later that said phone call had cost me over £3 !!! Just to resolve their payment process issues & to book a lane, what a joke!

Why whenever I call up the phone is never answered like where is the service seriously I’ve tried calling 10 times now and waited on the line for 10 minuets at a time

Was not impressed with it at all paid for everything and got nothing.

The lady told me she hasn’t done party before but she did my sons friends party back in January. Not happy ����
