Went to Hollywood bowls last night for my surprise birthday celebrations. staff are so helpful and friendly. go down and visit soon. was good fun.

Took a group of 15 boys from our school senior football team for an evening of fun. The staff were fantastic throughout ensuring we had a great evening. Thank you to those staff on duty on Tuesday 16th January 2018! We will be back!

My daughter had the most amazing party yesterday for her 7th Birthday.

Huge thanks to Dan our party host for doing everything right! You really made the day.

For keeping the kids interested and entertained, helping them bowl, covering them in stickers �, keeping them stocked up with sweets, sorting all the food/drinks/cake for the children and adults. The children loved you!



Really appreciate your hard work and service. Would recommend a bowling party without a doubt!

Fun night, bit of a problem with the lane getting stuck at one point but was sorted out pretty quickly! Good night had, would definitely go back.

Attend with my two year old and great experience which he loved also had great customer service from the girl at the tills for bowling who made sure we were okay throughout

Took my grandsons and we had a great time bowling. Staff helpful but our food order took ages and I had to remind them we were still waiting. Overall experience enjoyable but the bowl itself is very tired and needs a makeover!

I booked two games for six adults on Saturday the 20 May at £77. The online booking system was broken (it lets you create an account but not edit booking without locking your account and then you can't log back in or change your password as you don't get an email notification). However the staff at the venue when I called them were fantastic - talked through my options and did a phone booking for me really quickly.



On the day we only had to wait a few minutes for our lane to be emptied. The only problem we had with lane 19 was that everytime one of us threw a strike or got a spare the lane would freeze up so we had to keep getting our lane re-set - which delayed taking turns a little, but all in all a good day out - thanks!

Could do with air con as it was very hot inside the building.

We had our work Christmas party but working for a restaurant we have to do it in January...staff were OK...The young lady on our lane serving drinks was the only one to stand out , very polite and approachable...but the few staff on the reception did not look like they wanted to be there.we had a package for bowling food and drinks vouchers!! (I think a Christmas package) We had a fab night together bowling but the food wasn't great...not much selection and not really enough to feed 18 people, probably wouldn't book again!!

The bowling alley looks fab but the rest is a bit dated and could do with a refresh.



The lanes were clean and tidy and easy to use. Bowling balls were readily available and the screens were clear.



The arcade could do with a refresh as it seemed dated and tired.



Your toilets are horrid! I felt like I wanted a tetanus shot after using them. It was a Sunday so not an uber busy Saturday they had not been cleaned for a very long time! I was and am repulsed!

The Bowling itself was good fun as always . However the food tonight was awful no chicken left so settled for a hotdog the bread was hard and chips were cold . I was also disappointed in the toilets they were very dirty . I had recommend this place to my friends by previous nights out here so we came here together tonight as they hadn't been before and I felt quite embarrassed by it !!

We went yesterday (Bank Holiday Monday) and the place seems really tired. It Could really do with a revamp. But what really ground my gears was the amount of people who couldn’t give a toss about anyone else there. The amount of people who came in large family groups and spent the whole time spreading out in front of their Lane on the timber floor was an eye opener. We always stick to a rule of the only one up in front of the seats is the person bowling and no one else, also equally as annoying was the amount of traveller kids who do as they please and even walk across the lanes and aim balls down your lane without a care in the world while their overly made up and overdressed parents were swilling loads in the Bar. One bright spot was the lad behind the bar who seemed to be overworked but was a great Barman and a credit to the company. It’s a shame but It’ll be a while till we are back.

The game itself was fine,staff we friendly enough but the place was a tip, floor needed a good hoover. It just looked like it hadn’t had a good clean in a while.

Not the greatest experience we have had for our 1st party at bowling party host was hardly there we booked and paid for 12 children in the vip area full package and was NOT worth £179.88 that we paid for ! 11 kids sat and ate the food while 1 child had to wait for his food by the time his came out the other children were finished then had to ask for the ice creams / milkshakes when I asked the host when I found her she said oh yea I forgot no group picture as printer not working but did take a picture on her personal mobile which I found really strange and told she will email it to me which I have not got . I had to clear the tables from food sort out the cake and generally do it all. When I looked on line had I just booked 12 kids with food would of cost £116.00 so I want to know what I actually got for the extra £67 as it not worth what we got.. won't be returning for parties again

My daughter had her party here this weekend....hate to leave a negative review but NEVER AGAIN! Incorrect information given at booking stage, upon arrival and during the party. Such a shame that not all of the staff are aware of what the different party packages include.

Booked a party for 20 children. The host was there for first ten minutes then nowhere to be seen. Had to continually ask for everything, where to sit for our food, could we have cutlery, drinks. The Manager said he would look into it and email us, that was two weeks ago. Haven’t heard a word! Such a shame as great party venue.

They take 35 mins to make some food it’s all cold and chewy

The claw cuddly toy machine is either faulty or a con. The amount of times it picked up the toy and then got to the top and you could see the claw opening up to let the toy drop. The question is, is it faulty and you need to refund my money, or is it a con and you are encouraging children to throw their hard earned pocket money away?

So struggled through traffic for half hour and finally got there to see a pre booked film T2 only to be told it's cancelled. Staff were very pleasant and friendly but shame the amusements were only half working and the whole place could so with a revamp it's seriously lacking atmosphere. Toilets were awful with 2 flooded out and water everywhere and the others were disgusting and filthy. Seen better in s west end pub after football hooligans have used them. Think I will look elsewhere to see the film next time. Place always looks woefully understaffed and run by kids
