Did you know...? A blue moon is an extra full moon that appears within a calendar month... The name has nothing to do with the actual colour of the moon, but the rarity of one occurring gives rise to the popular expression.. they only appear about once every 3 years (every 2.72 years to be exact). This year there will be one on 18th May, which is also our first Glamping weekend.. just in case you needed another reason to get out into the open air and settled round a campfire Ōś║’ĖÅ

Running a business as a new mum involves an awful lot of logistics, juggling, and living with the constant feeling of having forgotten to do something vital, but the rewards of it are absolutely huge and IŌĆÖm loving feeling like me again, not just FredŌĆÖs mummy. Very pleased to feature in the rural diversification edition of Carter JonasŌĆÖs magazine ­¤śŖ. As a small family farm on the outskirts of London and inside the M25 weŌĆÖve had to be creative about how we make the best use of our beautiful little bit of countryside.. we love sharing it with all you busy people and seeing all our guests get a bit of space both physically and mentally. As the article says, it is becoming more and more important to disconnect in order to reconnect with your friends and family.

The days are getting shorter and autumn is definitely with us.. the end of the season @homefarmglamping and weŌĆÖre all packed up and ready for winter. Time to start thinking about where the path is taking us and start focusing on all the exciting things weŌĆśre planning for next year.
