LAST DAY TO TRAIN IN OLD GYM UNTIL MONDAY WHO'S IN TODAY?

This gyms got a good personal and friendly feel to it. It feels like a proper old school gym. Lee really looks after his customers.

Lee spent 1 hour with me and has changed my views on what I was doing, for the first time in my life I look forward to the gym. If you’re not sure about it, don’t be unsure just go!!!

Lee couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommend no matter what shape/size you are. It’s a gym for everyone. �

Came to the Insanity class this evening at 1800hrs. The instructor explained what do and showed a simplified move if required.



I came out buzzing and will be returning next week. Thank you for helping me enjoy Insanity for the first time.

By far the best gym in Peterborough and probably much further afield! Excellent advice as always, lee and his staff know their stuff and it's not an intimidating gym. Everyone will feel welcome here. A very warm and friendly atmosphere! If any gym stands the test of time it will be this one!
