Ibk Initiatives

We support disabled children and adults who have a direct payment or personal budget. We believe that with the right support, anything is possible. We help people manage their Direct Payment and recruit Personal Assistants.

We work with disabled children, young people and families to help them reflect on their experience and say what would really make a difference to their lives. We work with organisations to help them transform the support they offer to disabled children, young people and their families.

We encourage people to focus on their values and ethical practice in order to bring about practical change.
