My mission is to bring energy, value & meaning into the lives of others through our Online IGo Yoga & Meditation classes which are designed to meet the needs of every individual. Whether it be to calm & steady the mind, build strength & flexibility or loose weight, IGo Yoga can help you overcome your challenges to achieve overall health & happiness!

With IGo Yoga you will always be greeted with a warm smile, as we understand the importance of making people feel good from the inside out!

Once on your mat we will take you on a journey of self discovery, where you will build a level of discipline that will transcend into all other areas of your life.

We ensure that you will have the best possible experience on your mat, whether you are brand new to yoga, or have been practicing for some time.

In winter everything lies dormant in the silent earth, it is a sacred time of rest and reflection before the awakening and the slow build toward brighter days.
The energy of winter is that of going within. It's the fruitful darkness and silence out of which our soul's yearnings and new inspirations can eventually emerge. As we consciously link our awareness to nature's cycles, our understanding of our own personal growth cycles begin to deepen.

Sally will be delivering a Pregnancy Yoga Workshop to give expecting mothers an opportunity to explore the benefits of pregnancy yoga & participate in a free taster session which is specifically... tailored to help you;
- Keep Fit & Healthy to improve your quality of life; keeping your practice safe and sustainable throughout all trimesters.
- Calm your mind, reduce stress & learn relaxation techniques that will help you through labor;
- Ease the discomfort of pregnancy as you move through the trimesters building strength and stability;
- Get expert advice and guidance from a trained pregnancy yoga teacher;
- Join a positive community of likeminded people & make new friends.
You will participate in a short informative workshop 30 gentle Hatha style yoga practice with pelvic floor exercises and finish off with a deep Relaxation!
This workshop is designed for all ladies over 13 weeks of pregnancy whose pregnancies are progressing normally.

The tension and stress just melts away after stretching, twisting, unwinding every muscle - especially in the neck and shoulders! I have really enjoyed my yoga classes at Igo Yoga. Never done hot yoga before and I was amazed at how much further I could bend and stretch! The Ashtanga with Karina is awesome, she gives you various different options for each move depending on your level. Which makes it so much more achievable at your own pace and you can slowly move up the levels.

The classes and teachers are great and I especially liked how the teachers included other elements in the class as well as the Asana guidance.
