Wow... this place is somewhere we’ve been coming for years always a great experience and amazing food and service! They cater for everyone and are all very friendly and welcoming staff! We always come here every year for our anniversary meal as it was our first date place and the food is amazing! It really is 5 Star!!! Highly recommend!

Where do I start? From the moment u walk in this place to the moment u leave u will not stop smiling from the outside and in. The staff are all so welcoming, pleasant and funny. Not one member of the team could do enough you. The food is so tasty and authentic, my tastes buds literally jump with joy every time I come here. This place really does make u feel like you are in the heart of Italy � thank you to all of the staff for always making a date night so special would never not go anywhere else in Southend or even Essex for Italian as I know it would not top il pescatore � great job guys from me and Umar ps we love Antonio!

Went for a quick birthday treat whilst we were visiting Southend... Just googled for "Italian restaurants".. Il Pescatore showed up and we took a chance.. Best idea ever.. Wonderful food.. Excellent service along with singing and Italian lessons.. When we go back to the town we will most definitely visit again!!

Went for Thursday lunch and it was so amazing g we went back Friday for dinner!! Top service the staff can not do enough for you. The food is amazing and atmosphere incredible.👌

We went here for Valentines night, wow this really is the best restaurant in Southend, the service is impeccable, from the moment we sat down we were made to feel at home, the staff are fabulous this restaurant has such a great vibe, with a great atmosphere, the food is amazing, steak cooked to perfection, fresh vegetables, a truly authentic sicilian experience.

Really is the best Italian restaurant in town staff are so welcoming I’ve been going for several years now and the standard had never dropped!!

My husband and I have been going here on occasions for over 6 years... always made welcome, food and wine delicious.. very authentic little Italian gem! More so last night... an Operatic extravaganza! The owner's son David was joined by two VERY TALENTED singers, delivering a collection powerful and emotive numbers from Arias to classic musical songs... together with a 3 course set meal and wine tasting, the evening was definitely a hit! Thank you.

My friend found this little place a short while ago so took me back yesterday lunchtime. Waiters were attentive, smart, lunch was excellent ...2 courses for 11.95. Would definately visit again.

Had a great evening yesterday with work friends, staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout, and the food was delicious. All courses came out together, well presented and hot-there were 9 of us, so very impressed that this was served so professionally. Will definitely be going back again and would happily recommend to others. Fantastic restaurant!

Fantastic place, amazing food and great service. I had the scallions piccante (special starter) and it tasted absolutely amazing. Waiters made the children very welcome. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended.

Fabulous meal, made up for the cancellation of George Bensons concert and worth the journey from Bedfordshire. Mixed seafood antipasto for starter, steak and lobster for my main and himself had Seafood/meat paella. Both mains to die for, washed down with a dry Rose and Prosecco. Friendly prompt service. I would thoroughly recommend

I visited last year for a fend of holiday meal and WOW. Food was stunning and staff very friendly. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming and loved the background music. Im visiting southend again this year so ill definitely be returning

As usual, fantastic service and amazing food. Came here today for a surprise meal for my fiancés 30th and family. All the staff were fantastic and helped me set up beforehand to decorate the table. Cannot recommend this place enough!
