Lipstick's most iconic colour has been reinvented this season, proving that there are endless ways to wear a dramatic red. Which red should you wear to suit your skin tone?
Here are a few pointers…
... If you are pale-skinned; bold red lipstick is not what you want. Have a look for shades that are more a mixture of coral-red, orange-red or peach-red. Subtler but more suitable!
If you have darker skin, you can get away with bolder red lipstick. Darker lipstick shades are best reserved for people with dark hair as the shades will complement each other.
Olive skinned should go for brighter reds. Dull, matte red, or purplish-reds, may not suit.

I have worked in hospitality and understand in such large environments people may not get on. With that I have read tho i am disgusted. Management were apparently aware yet done nothing to resolve the situation for the poor girl. You need to look at the attitudes of your staff and the runnings behind the service doors and what happens as it will long term affect the service for your guests. This could possibly have ruined your business giving too much power to management who abuse this by bullying and encouraging this disgusting behaviour. Shame. Your other staff will also suffer now as im sure you will have cancellations and shortness of future bookings. How will those people with families then cope if there are shorter or no shifts. These are things irresponsible people do not think of the long term effects their immature decisions make. I hope you can resolve this and make it a happier working atmosphere. You have a lot of hard decisions to make.

Is this really where you want to spend your leisure time, be careful they don't dress up in your clothes and post derogatory comments on the media !!

No I would not recommend . . Spike sticking out . Where cover been off for at least year or more is now broken . In spa pool . In ladies changing room the changing table has rusting legs which nearly rusted though . Nasty cut foot in the waiting . And risk of it collapsing .

My wife and I had our wedding reception at Knights Hill years ago and we're thinking of rebooking as an anniversary treat and making use of the spa facilities, however based on recent events on social media we will definitely be looking to wait until this matter has been resolved in the only fair way, which is either the staff in question are investigated and potentially dismissed for gross misconduct or the venue changes hands and new management is brought in. We are two deeply disappointed potential repeat customers.

Me and my partner are booked in there for our wedding night and after seeing what I have I'm reluctant to go there as I am I bigger woman myself but my partner can't wait as he has a lot to say

I was looking at joining the gym but after seeing the behaviour from staff there not to mention the manager aswell I really will not feel comfortable as a bigger girl myself! Absolutely disgusting behaviour weather it's a joke or not it's unprofessional behaviour in that type of establishment where people go to not just keep fit but the majority to lose weight as we all don't have the perfect slim figure! I have been here before and really let down, my family have used this venue for years my grandparents renting out all of the superior rooms interconnecting. And nearly joining the gym a couple of years ago...wow and Im glad I didn't as if this has happened what an embarrassment for you! This should be completely what your against... Being a larger lady myself I would not visit this health spa I would be afraid to leave my clothes unattended if staff can do this to another member of staff it is disgusting I feel you should get rid of these members of staff as they are not worthy of these positions staff should make clients feel comfortable about themselves my daughter is being bridesmaid in August the wedding party was debating on spending the hen party at this establishment but NOT NOW NO WAY

Health Spa's are meant to promote Health & Wellbeing but this photo shows 2 Nasty, Vile girls (they are not women when they display such childish behaviour) totally demoralising this poor woman. I don't live anywhere near Kings Lyne thank God. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!

I have been here before and really let down, my family have used this venue for years my grandparents renting out all of the superior rooms interconnecting. And nearly joining the gym a couple of years ago...wow and Im glad I didn't as if this has happened what an embarrassment for you! This should be completely what your against... Being a larger lady myself I would not visit this health spa I would be afraid to leave my clothes unattended if staff can do this to another member of staff it is disgusting I feel you should get rid of these members of staff as they are not worthy of these positions staff should make clients feel comfortable about themselves my daughter is being bridesmaid in August the wedding party was debating on spending the hen party at this establishment but NOT NOW NO WAY

After seeing the disgusting, unprofessional way that the manager of this spa has publicly humiliated a co-worker for being large I will not consider using this spa until the incident has been addressed. I acknowledge that there are often conflicting personalities in a work place but for a manager or anyone for that matter to publish such offensive and derogatory photos of someone is unforgivable. Beauty is more than skin deep and being of a larger size myself I would not feel comfortable using your services.

I have worked in hospitality and understand in such large environments people may not get on. With that I have read tho i am disgusted. Management were apparently aware yet done nothing to resolve the situation for the poor girl. You need to look at the attitudes of your staff and the runnings behind the service doors and what happens as it will long term affect the service for your guests. This could possibly have ruined your business giving too much power to management who abuse this by bullying and encouraging this disgusting behaviour. Shame. Your other staff will also suffer now as im sure you will have cancellations and shortness of future bookings. How will those people with families then cope if there are shorter or no shifts. These are things irresponsible people do not think of the long term effects their immature decisions make. I hope you can resolve this and make it a happier working atmosphere. You have a lot of hard decisions to make.

No I would not recommend . . Spike sticking out . Where cover been off for at least year or more is now broken . In spa pool . In ladies changing room the changing table has rusting legs which nearly rusted though . Nasty cut foot in the waiting . And risk of it collapsing .

My wife and I had our wedding reception at Knights Hill years ago and we're thinking of rebooking as an anniversary treat and making use of the spa facilities, however based on recent events on social media we will definitely be looking to wait until this matter has been resolved in the only fair way, which is either the staff in question are investigated and potentially dismissed for gross misconduct or the venue changes hands and new management is brought in. We are two deeply disappointed potential repeat customers.

Me and my partner are booked in there for our wedding night and after seeing what I have I'm reluctant to go there as I am I bigger woman myself but my partner can't wait as he has a lot to say
